**Guest Room and Reservation Information**
- All room rates are based on double occupancy (2 persons). Additional guests are not permitted.
- Entry will be denied for more than two guests, regardless of gender or relationship. Cancellations or refunds are not available in such cases.
- Cancellations or refunds are not permitted for reasons of entry denial that have been previously communicated.
- Additional charges will apply for use beyond the reserved time.
- Reservations are only confirmed upon full prepayment.
- Additional charges may apply for consecutive night stays. Please contact the hotel in advance for details.
- Cancellation and refund fees are subject to the policies of the booking website.
- A fee of KRW 20,000 will be charged for lost room cards.

**Check-in/Check-out and Other Information**
- Minors are strictly prohibited from entering. Valid identification is required at check-in. No cancellations or refunds will be provided if ID is not presented.
- Specific room selection is not available; rooms are assigned randomly at check-in.
- Pets are not allowed. If found, guests will be asked to leave without a refund.
- The hotel is not responsible for lost items that are not entrusted to the front desk. Lost items found after check-out will be kept for up to 15 days; unclaimed items after this period will not be the hotel’s responsibility.
- Mileage points can be accumulated for on-site payments.
- Children are not permitted to stay.
