Intial planning was 1 week stay. I extended my stay for 1 more week. Very quite and clean hotel. Lulu super market is the very next building. A lot of eateries, grocery shops are in a walkable distance. Metro stations are less than 750 metres. It is having a gpod restaurant and a well equipped fitness centre.
As someone who has experience staying in a 5 star hotel in the Marina neighborhood and a number of other hotels on the same street with this hotel (in Muteena street) I highly recommend this hotel and give it a good 8 out of 10 and explain why Not getting full marks positive points;++++ The things you read may be obvious to you, but believe me, there are hotels that do not have these things and their prices are even higher than staying here. 1- A hotel that does not have a night club in its lobby and you can rest in peace 2- A room with a comfortable and spacious space for rest and stay, logical arrangement of furniture in the room so that there is enough free space in the room and you can easily move without bumping into other items or place your extra items. 3- Colorful curtains and suitable and lovely color combination of the overall space of the room 4- Suitable study table next to the window 5- clean (no cockroaches) 6- It has a refrigerator, hair dryer, electric kettle and Coffee and many electrical outlets (unlike some hotels where there is only 1 outlet for using and charging electronic devices) 7- The windows can be opened (unlike some hotels that don't have windows or are locked) and if needed, you can open them to ventilate the room or balance the room temperature. 8- Suitable space for toilet and bathroom 9- Timely service and appropriate and good behavior of the hotel staff ———-Negative points ———- (reasons that, in my opinion, make this hotel unable to get a full score): 1- The room they gave me was a very good room But the way of lighting and the lamps inside the room had very scattered and little light, this light may be suitable for a quiet environment, but it is not suitable if you are going to study or participate in an online class/conference. We had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. One suggestion I would like to make is to vary the breakfast menu every few days, especially for guests staying for a longer period. It would make the experience even better. “Convenient Location and Good Value, But Needs Improvement in Cleanliness”
We stayed at Comfort Inn & Suites - 11050 Southwest Freeway twice during our recent visit to Houston — first from January 21st to January 24th, and then again from February 4th through February 17th after returning from a short trip to Dallas. Overall, our experience was mixed but satisfactory in certain areas. On the positive side, the front desk staff were consistently helpful and polite during both stays. The weekly cash rate was very reasonable, which made it a practical choice for an extended stay. Parking was convenient and easily accessible. The location worked very well for us...we had friends and family across Sugar Land, Richmond, Rosenberg, Stafford, Memorial City, and traveling north toward Spring, Tomball, and Cypress was also straightforward and convenient. For accessibility alone, the hotel is ideally positioned. Breakfast was alright but nothing extraordinary, but adequate to start the day. However, there were several areas that need improvement. The most noticeable issue was a strong smell of marijuana in the corridors, lobby area, and even outside the main entrance at times. This created an uncomfortable first impression and persisted during much of our stay. Additionally, the rooms would benefit from a deep cleaning. We unfortunately spotted multiple cockroaches during our stays, which was concerning. Housekeeping service was inconsistent; while some staff members were fine, we did encounter attitude issues that detracted from the overall hospitality experience. The pool was closed for the entirety of both stays, reportedly due to cold weather, which was disappointing. In summary, the hotel offers good value for extended stays due to its pricing, parking, and strategic location.
