"Location: It was a 15-minute walk from the station, and the flat terrain made it manageable to carry luggage. Major tourist attractions are a 15-20 minute walk away, and there are many restaurants nearby (there was a market). A supermarket is close by. Facilities: It was a 6-person mixed dorm, but since I arrived earlier than the check-in time, I was given a bed on the first floor. The room was spacious and there were lockers (you need to have your own lock). Towels and amenities (all-in-one, soap) are replaced in the room daily. Overall, it was quite clean. The toilets and showers are separated, which is convenient. They lend you a hairdryer if you leave a deposit. Common area: There is a small pool and bar, which are nice to use when you want to relax instead of sightseeing. However, there can be some noise at night. The shared kitchen has a microwave and coffee pot, so you can make instant noodles or easy meals. The fridge is a bit small considering the number of guests, but it's adequate for use. The staff were friendly, and I was satisfied in many ways."

"It was good because it was affordable and in a location that wasn't bad. The day I went, there was karaoke time in the evening, which was fun! The bar also allowed outside guests, creating a vibrant atmosphere. They offer free drinks (soda, spritz, etc.)! If you're looking for a hostel where you can communicate with people from all over the world in a lively setting, I recommend this place! Haha, the umbrella performance by the staff was impressive. The facilities were new and clean, the bathroom was tidy, and hot water came out well. The room key was operated via an app on your phone using Bluetooth, which was interesting, and it was nice to have access to coffee, water, sparkling water, and disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste. Haha. However, there were no partitions between the beds, so the lights needed to be turned on and off for the entire room. I had to turn on the bathroom light and get ready early in the morning, which felt a bit awkward. 😢"

"I only stayed for one night and almost just slept, but it was fine for a short stay. The location is good as it is close to the station and central market, and the price is relatively cheap. Uniquely, all the beds are on the ground floor, which was convenient, and it was possible to store luggage before check-in. The staff was friendly, and there was hot water in the bathroom inside the room. However, there is no elevator and many stairs, so it was quite difficult to carry my luggage up. The ceiling was high, and the air conditioning was positioned up high, making it warmer than expected. The soundproofing wasn't great, and there was a lot of outside noise at night. I was worried because of the bedbug reviews, but at least when I checked myself, the bedding was clean, and the other people in the same room didn't seem to have any particular problems."

"This is the hostel I am most satisfied with throughout my entire journey. The cost-performance ratio is very high; it's a 5-minute walk from Florence train station and 8 minutes from the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. Moreover, the room I booked is for women only, located in a separate building, and has double password locks, making it very safe. All the food in the kitchen is free, including yogurt, milk, juice, eggs, fruits, cereals, toast, tea, and coffee. Additionally, the beds are individual, not bunk beds, and the wardrobe is quite large, with two levels. The staff are very friendly and helpful; they introduce the attractions in Florence as well as the details of the hostel itself, and they offer free luggage storage. I have already recommended this hostel to many friends."

"The counter staff were friendly, and especially the owner and his wife are Korean. It seems I could get help when encountering difficulties in Germany. I stayed in a W room, which was spacious and had the best bathroom for showering. It was also close to attractions, and there were many good restaurants nearby. Additionally, coffee and drinks were free, and I could use the microwave for warm water, which made it nice for heating food or cooking things like nurungji. Even though I didn’t have to clean, they did a thorough job and kept giving me extra towels. The cleaning staff were really nice too. It's a place that feels warm and welcoming. The garden is pretty, and I noticed the showerhead has a filter because the water was slippery. I’m thinking of staying here again next time."

"This is a review from a Korean person! Among hostels in Italy, the room facilities and friendliness were the best! 👍 The bed was super spacious and fluffy, and there was plenty of storage in the room. The bunk bed was also designed to be easy to climb up. It was a bit disappointing that we couldn't use the kitchen, but the accommodation price was so affordable that it was understandable. The washing machine and dryer on the first floor were very cheap (2.5 / 1.5 euros), and although I didn't use it, a gym was also available. Above all, the staff were incredibly friendly!!! I was in a panic because I wanted to buy water but didn't have any coins, and a staff member gave me a water bottle as a gift ㅠㅠ So touching. I don't think there is a better hostel of this condition at this price in Florence; it's the best value for money. However, you just need to take the 17 bus to the city center, but the timing is a bit erratic, so you should plan accordingly! I almost missed my train ㅠㅠ"

"It is right in front of the station. *There are two stations in Florence.* The bus stop is also nearby, making transportation convenient. Since it’s a guesthouse, there is a laundry room, kitchen, and bar as well. I stayed in a private room. It was a summer day with temperatures over 35 degrees outside, but the air conditioning made it comfortable. I wished there were cups in the room. I could borrow one from the kitchen, but it was a bit of a hassle to go down to the basement for that. It was helpful that there was a room where I could leave my luggage before check-in."
