Loved the staff, really nice people and helpful, but the noise down at the clubs is just too loud I struggled with sleeping on time. I asked for room change, and they helped. but it was too loud but better than staying at the first floor. The only 5 star service in the hotel. Given the price hike in Dubai recently, you get your money's worth, but I wished i booked a hotel with no nightclub in the ground floor. They did a decent enough job in cleaning, but he smell of smoke at the bathroom, cockroaches and the dirty view to the side is sth they should definitely work on. At least clean the bathub, provide scented candles or spray in the bathroom and get rid of the cockroaches. They didn't have designated parking, and I wish they had some sort of transportation arrangement from and to Airport.

Our recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far below the standards one would expect, especially in a country like the UAE, renowned for its hospitality and cleanliness. To begin with, this property is not family-friendly. The hotel houses 4 to 5 small pubs, and after 8 PM, the noise and crowd increase significantly, continuing well into the early hours of the morning (until around 4 AM). This makes it highly unsuitable for families or anyone seeking a peaceful environment. Room Conditions: • The room we stayed in had serious water drainage issues. The floor remained constantly wet due to a leak we could never locate, creating a major safety hazard and an uncomfortable stay. • The bathroom amenities are outdated and in dire need of renovation. This includes old bathtubs, commodes, faulty showerheads, leaking taps, and poor drainage systems. • The carpet inside the rooms was stained and visibly dirty, contributing to overall poor hygiene. • Cockroaches—both in the bathroom and inside the room—were another major concern. This raised serious questions about the hotel’s pest control and cleanliness protocols. • The beds were uncomfortable, and to make matters worse, when we were initially accommodated in a twin room with an extra bed, we found a giant bed bug on my friend’s back. This incident left us distressed, and we were unable to sleep the entire night due to constant itching and fear of more insects. Upon reporting the issue, the management did move us to another room the next morning. However, the new room was no better; in fact, the bathroom conditions were worse. Staff Experience: The only saving grace of this stay was Mr. Hussain, a member of the hotel staff. He was extremely courteous, helpful, and accommodating. Despite limited resources and authority, he went out of his way to make us as comfortable as possible. His professionalism and hospitality are truly commendable. However, one dedicated staff member cannot compensate for poor overall management and inadequate facilities. Conclusion: Until and unless major renovations and deep cleaning measures are undertaken, and pest control and hygiene protocols are properly implemented, I strongly do not recommend this hotel, especially for families or travelers expecting basic comfort and cleanliness. The UAE is celebrated for its high standards in hospitality, and establishments like this tarnish that reputation. “Good deal, good place.”
This place is decent. I can say it’s not for everyone though but if you’re on a budget and need a place to sleep with big space, own bath, and some nice amenities, this is a good place to stay. Staff are great and they always clean your room daily. You will have no problem with public transport as there’s a bus stop right outside the place and is near to Union station. Near to shopping malls, souvenir shops and local food as well. It’s in Deira, so only downside is that it can get noisy. There’s Indian clubs at the basement of the building with loud music. Rooms aren’t decently soundproofed as well as you will hear people from outside of your window and people passing by your door. But if you get past that and have no problem with it, it’s a good place to stay.
