I used the place for 7 nights during my detox while visiting a nearby hospital. Since it's a guest house, I thought it would feel similar to other places I've stayed before, but it was completely different. I chose a room with a window, toilet, and shower. As someone with claustrophobia, I was perfectly fine here. The only place to be is on the bed, but the bed was great. Just as others have described, the bedding, pillows, and mattress were fluffy. There was also an electric blanket, making it very comfortable. It seemed like the bedding and pillows were washed and dried regularly, so there was no odor, and I could sleep comfortably even while staying in the room. The washroom was small, but I wondered if it was similar to the showers at other guest houses (the kind that dribbles and never gets hot), but I was surprised it had excellent water pressure and the temperature could be adjusted perfectly. The water pressure in the toilet was also perfect. The towels were not the stiff, thin kind but fluffy towels, and they were folded in a stylish way. As others mentioned, the other guests were quiet, so there was no stress. On Friday night, there were people drinking on the roadside who were noisy, talking and fighting late into the night, but everyone in the hotel itself was quietly spending their time. I was able to take a shower every day without any frustration over water pressure or temperature issues. The owner was really kind and provided check-in instructions and laundry methods with pictures. If I had any questions, they responded quickly, which made me feel at ease. There are several convenience stores nearby, as well as a coffee shop. I think staying here just for sleeping or for a detox is completely fine. Thank you very much.
