Location: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. Situated in the vibrant FX Sudirman complex, it offers easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Whether you're in Jakarta for business or leisure, you'll find that being close to public transportation and major attractions is a significant plus. I was there for a concert at Stadion Madyon GBK and one of its entrance is right in front of the hotel. Check-in Experience: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Upon arrival, I was greeted luke -warm by the staff, who were neither friendly nor rude. The check-in process was smooth, and I appreciated if the staff was a little more informative when i had asked for directions. Room Quality: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My room was modern, spacious, and well-appointed. The decor was bright and inviting, embodying the hotel’s vibrant theme. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed and the large windows that provided ample natural light. The amenities, including a flat-screen TV, minibar, and a well-equipped bathroom, were all in excellent condition. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, which is always a top priority for me. Some of the staff (especially at my check-in looked like they didn’t want to be there) there’s no help with the luggages at the drop off either, understandably because the “main lobby” of the hotel is in the FX mall itself but something could have been done) Overall Experience: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ In conclusion, my stay at Harris Hotel FX was ok. The combination of a prime location, comfortable accommodations, excellent facilities, and standard service made it a memorable experience.
