“Good Location, Clean, Excellent Value”
This was our first time staying at this hotel and we would definitely return. The location was great because once we parked our car in the underground garage, we walked everywhere. It was an easy walk to the Outlet Mall on Sai 2, the Terminal 21 mall, and the Beach Road. Even though the hotel is next to a hospital, we didn't hear any sirens and the soi is one of the quieter ones. There is a lovely, proper massage/spa across the street. If you want the Pattaya craziness, it's about a 10-minute walk. The room was spacious with a good sized bathroom and balcony. There were many levels in the room with steps so that took some getting used to. The linens were good quality and amenities were provided. The only issues we noticed were minor like the USB ports by the nightstands weren't working and one of the reading lamps was on its last leg. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was above average both in the room and common spaces. The fitness center, swimming pool and pool table were all well maintained. The daily Tea Time they offer in the lounge was a nice bonus. The staff were all well-trained and well-coordinated. Every worker we encountered provided excellent service with a smile from the security guard to the bellhop to housekeeping to the front desk. If you want quiet or are a light sleeper, request a room in the back with no view. The pool view rooms can be loud at night and in the morning. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel and thought it was a great value.
