"Exceptional levels of service from staff! They kindly helped me get my document that I needed to use during my stay. I really am grateful :) They can speak English well so there's no problem with communication. They also greeted me hello with polite manners every time I went in or out. As for transportation, it took me around 2 hours from Incheon airport to the hotel using only subway, and the hotel is very close to Sillim station (Exit 6), so it's really convenient. The hotel is near a minimart, a drug store, as well as other shops. There are also a lot of delicious street food nearby the hotel at night! The room is exactly as in the photos. It is spacious and affordable, compared with other hotels downtown, clean as it was cleaned every day, surprisingly quiet even it's in noisy vicinity, and well equipped albeit that I couldn't eat in my room as it's not allowed. Overall, it's been an impressive experience and it is beyond my expectation. Keep up with this exceptional service :)"
