“A little pricy ”
The place wasn’t bad, but, with the cost and fees that came out to, I found it pricy. I think Agoda has hidden fees because it look like a good deal until you confirm and the prices goes up! Paying almost $3k for 2 wks for Seoul is in the higher side. The hotel itself was not bad but kind of run down, it was slightly dirty… not bad dirty, just used to cleanliness of Hyatt properties. This place is clean to most people’s standards, for me it could be cleaner. The staff were friendly enough, they tried their best. Housekeepers - was hit and miss, some would do a great job and some would do just a so-so job. The gym was super tiny and didn’t have much equipment to do a full good workout (if you only do cardio super light weights, its fine) by the pictures it made the gym look huge and it’s not! The place was very quiet thou and decent size room compared to what I have seem in Seoul, its a standard US hotel sized room. Bathroom also had a slight urinal smell coming from the shower but i think it’s just their septic system. Love the bidet!!! The shower pressure was very good. The location isn’t bad but kind of out of the way, gets very quiet after work, but close to Coex mall- walk is about 12-15 mins. I didn’t mind the location, i walked a lot and love walking. Overall experience of the hotel wasn’t bad, just wished it was cheaper. I would stay again, if I can get it cheaper next time. If you are used to customer service like Hyatt properties, this isn’t the same. But good enough for business and solo staying. I did appreciate that my requests were listened to and applied to my stay! I got a corner room on a high and away from the elevator. They did give me 2 free waters every day, gave me a welcome treat and gave me a free bottle of red wine because i booked a long, 2 wk stay. Very nice touch! thank you!

“Value for money”
I was travelling alone to attend a friend's wedding over the weekend and as this hotel is nearby the venue and has an airport bus stop next to it so I decided to book. It was a very pleasant stay as the staffs are able to converse in English (which is not common in korea) and they are also super friendly. They made me felt so welcome and the room is spacious and very comfortable even with 2 people . The Seollubg station is also very near which take less than 5 mins walk and if you don't mind walk abit more can walk to Samseong station where there is COEX , hyundai mall and parnas mall which are super convenient and ita within 15 mins walk from hotel. Overall im so satisfied with my stay this time and I would recommend this place with the reasonable price.

“Quiet Luxury in Gangnam with Excellent Comfort”
This is a well-known hotel located in a surprisingly quiet area of Gangnam. There are convenient shops right in front of the hotel, including a tea shop and an Olive Young, which makes the location very practical. The facilities are excellent, and the bed is extremely comfortable. Airport access is also very convenient, with an airport bus stopping directly in front of the hotel. One thing to note is the airport bus service. Seats cannot be reserved, the bus runs only once per hour, and if it is full, passengers are unable to board. This means you could end up waiting an hour and still miss the bus, so planning ahead is essential.

“Exceptional”
Great location, would highly recommend. The staff are very kind. The breakfast is excellent quality and selection for the price. It’s been challenging to keep up with veggies and fruit in Seoul so I’m very happy I switched hotels and now I can eat so healthy every morning. Nice gym and laundry and the most comfortable bed of my trip. Definitely coming back. The view is nothing except buildings so it’s perfect if you plan to be out all day during your stay.

“Awesome Stay and Location”
I recently stayed at L7 Gangnam Hotel during my vacation, and I had a wonderful experience overall. The location is excellent—very convenient with easy access to public transportation, which made exploring the city very simple. The room was always clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were seamless and efficient, with no long queues at the reception. Everything was handled quickly and professionally, which I really appreciated. One area for improvement would be the gym facilities. While it was great to have access to a fitness area, I noticed that some of the machines were out of order. It would be even better if the hotel could ensure that all equipment is regularly maintained and in good working condition.
