I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Teikuko Hotel, and I can confidently say it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Location: One of the biggest advantages of the Teikuko Hotel is its excellent location. Conveniently situated near major attractions, public transportation, and local eateries, it made getting around the city incredibly easy. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, you’ll appreciate how accessible everything is. Room Cleanliness and Comfort: The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The housekeeping staff clearly pays close attention to detail, and the room felt fresh and welcoming every time I returned. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities provided were more than sufficient for a relaxing stay. Staff and Service: The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, courteous, and always ready to help. Whether it was at the front desk, in the restaurant, or during housekeeping, everyone I interacted with was professional and accommodating. Their warm hospitality really made the stay more enjoyable. Facilities: Teikuko Hotel offers a solid range of facilities including free Wi-Fi, a decent on-site restaurant, and a pleasant lobby area to relax or work. “No soundproofing”
This is a very good hotel with excellent staff. Location is great for all forms of transportation including the river boat. 10 minutes to the station which has several lines and JR with the added bonus of the airport bus. The road are full of restaurants plus Lawson and 711. I was able to leave my luggage at the hotel as i was early and check in is at 1500. Go out to look around and explore the area and come back after 1500 to check in. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Though they understood very little English it was enough to check in and out. Anything else i used a translator which they were so patient with me and try to accommodate. The hotel provides all the necessary toiletries so i didn't even have to open my bags if i was to arrive late plus there is a sleep gown. There was ample storage space and the room was actually quite long and enough for my to open my luggage and still have space to move. There was an open cupboard and a desk which was a great sight as my previous rooms were small. The hotel is close to the action but far enough to avoid the huge crowds and a bridge away from the congestion. The only down side was my neighbours who were noisy shouting and slamming the doors without care. After a day i noticed the room or even the hotel does not have soundproofing so that was why everyone was extremely noisier than usual. It was so bad that i can hear the neighbour pulling the toilet tissue. Be aware that most nights the local bars down the road have their doors open and blasting their music. I am sleep deprived right now so my review isn't as positive towards the end. Sleep is a definitely problem here. But everything else was great. If they had soundproofing rooms it was be 5 stars. For sleep reasons i would not come back as i didn't enjoy my last week in Japan. If you enjoy the party life then this is the place to be a they don't clean the room until 1300. So that's enough time to sleep now unless people wake you up in the corridor

“Good Choice for Group Travelers in Osaka”
We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Osaka Teikoku. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and communication easy. The lobby area is fairly spacious, which gives a comfortable first impression upon arrival. At first, we thought this would be an older hotel, but it didn’t really feel outdated during our stay. We booked a room with four beds, and the room size felt just right — not too small and not overly large. It comfortably fit three large suitcases and two small ones, which was very convenient for a group stay. The only downside was the bathroom, which felt a bit cramped. However, it was still comfortable to use, and having a bathtub was definitely a nice touch after a long day of walking. Overall, it was a comfortable and satisfying stay, especially for groups or families.

“Osaka 01/2026”
This hotel is everything I hoped for. Close to the railway, exit the Midosuji Line Namba Station Exit 14 and it is about a ~5 min walk. Enter the road on the side of Don Quijote cross to the right of the parking lot and walk straight, hotel is in the right side. Has 2 Halal restaurants in front (Ramen place and a Vietanamese restaurant). In between the shinsabashi and dotonbori area which is soo accessible to everything. The hotel itself has the basic amenities, daily room cleaning, very spacious double room for just 1 person and the natural lighting is superb if you ever get a room with windows. Relatively quiet neighborhood. My booking was during the wintertime and the room temperature is about right without a heater. Luggage storage pre check out and post check out is available. Decent English speaking staff. Overall a solid hotel in Osaka. Highly recommended!

“Convenient location and spacious room by Japanese standards”
Osaka Teikoku Hotel is a great budget-friendly choice if you want to stay in a very convenient location. There’s a 7-Eleven and FamilyMart just a few steps away, plus plenty of small local restaurants nearby—including the famous original omurice spot. (Didn’t enjoy it that much though) It’s also only about a 5–10 minute walk to Dotonbori, which makes sightseeing and dining very easy. The hitel provides basic amenities such as toothbrush, comb, cotton buds and sponge but does NOT provide complimentary coffee, tea, or amenities such as lotion, moisturizer, toner, or other toiletries. One downside is that the street can be noisy if you open the windows (which I did to enjoy the cold air), so light sleepers may want to keep them closed at night. Overall, it’s a practical and comfortable stay for travelers who prioritize location and accessibility.
