At first, I loved that I could check in and check out at any time, and that the breakfast buffet was available until 4 PM, because it felt like I could fully relax (since I'm a night owl who sleeps in). The bed and pillows were so comfortable that I even asked about the brand to buy one for my home. The air conditioning was wonderfully cool; perfect for someone who easily gets hot. But what impressed me the most was the excellent service from the staff. You could tell they were well-trained and genuinely caring, always smiling and very attentive. One incident that made me realize how good the staff here truly are was when I walked past some staff members who were about to clean a room. In other places, staff might talk among themselves without acknowledging guests, but here, the staff stopped talking, stepped aside, bowed, and greeted me.
