“Super Clean and Spacious ”
I traveled with my 7 year daughter and both of us loved our stay tremendously. The Executive Room was HUGE! It came with a sitting area, with the bedroom. The bathroom was very spacious too with a nice long tub for soaking, and a separate shower. We emphasized on cleanliness so that we won't have our allergies triggered, the room was very clean with not a speck of dirt or dust. Daniel at the front counter was amazing during check. Despite renovations ongoing, we were comfortable and not disturbed. The swimming pool had a resort feel and was very clean. The only comment is they should make it clearer that the pool towels should be gotten from the gym, the sign is hidden. Saw a lot of people bringing their room towels. We will be back before they rebrand.

From the moment we checked in, Mr. Faddrullah went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, smooth, and memorable. He was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring—qualities that made us feel truly welcomed and valued as guests. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, from our room arrangements to special requests for my family, and he consistently checked in to make sure everything was perfect. It is rare to come across someone so dedicated and passionate about their role, and Mr. Faddrullah truly embodies the spirit of hospitality. “A Wonderful Solo Retreat ”
My recent stay at Eastin was a truly enjoyable experience, particularly for someone like me seeking a peaceful solo getaway. The room was a highlight. It was wonderfully spacious, neat, and undeniably cozy. It truly felt like a comfortable home away from home. The bathroom was another major plus. I especially appreciated the spacious layout and the thoughtful separation of the bathtub and shower. This added a touch of luxury and practicality to my stay. The swimming pool was perhaps the only aspect that felt just average. While the operating hours of 8:00 am to 8:00 pm are standard, I'm definitely hoping to experience a nighttime swim during my next stay, should the opportunity arise. Breakfast was generally delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the variety of pastries on offer. However, I found both the nasi goreng and mee goreng to be lacking in flavor, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, I loved my stay here, provides a tranquil and comfortable environment that is perfectly suitable for a solo traveler looking to have some quality "me time." Despite a minor issue with the breakfast options, the spacious and comfortable room, fantastic bathroom, and pleasant ambiance have left a lasting positive impression. I'm already looking forward to my next visit and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat.

“Hotel review”
Drop off zone: Concierge give the best hospitality through out the stay. Lobby: Very noisy as ongoing renovation (drilling sound non stop). My hp sound meter show min 67db, max 88db, average 86.8db. No sofa to rest and wait for check in. Receptionist guy in blazer only suggest can go to the restaurant at 2nd floor. Room: very spacious, like the table for laptop work. Bed is comfortable. Toilet: clean, weighing scale available in toilet. Hot water slightly inconsistent to control the heat level(but there is notice stated that hot water system also under renovation work at certain period) Hotel breakfast: At Eyuzu. There is a wide variety of food provided at the hotel's buffet breakfast. Also there is this Malay girl staff always put up smile when see guest. Thumb up to her.

“Business trips for 6 days 5 nights”
I recently enjoyed a short stay that truly impressed with its spacious, immaculate room and a supremely comfortable bed—the pillow was a standout, keeping me sound asleep until morning. The room caters well to the executive business traveler, complete with a working desk and a handy table lamp. I appreciated the wide variety of breakfast options, offering everything from Malay and Indian to Western cuisines. While the overall experience was positive, there are a few areas that could use attention. Some of the room furniture seemed a bit rundown, and upgrading the body soap and shampoo could elevate the overall bath experience. For long-stay guests, a more varied breakfast menu might be appreciated. Additionally, enhancing the training of front desk staff to better brief new guests on hotel facilities . A friendly greeting from the cafe attendant truly set the tone for a good day, and given the convenient walking distance to the LRT station, this stay is highly recommended for business travelers looking for comfort and convenience. However, overall, a trained and helpful front-desk attendant named "Shamsul" immediately followed me to my room to resolve all my issues, including promptly replacing the unworkable table lamp. I suggest that new front-desk staff undergo proper training, as they represent the first impression of the hotel service. I truly appreciate Shamsul's prompt and attentive assistance.
