Travelled with a group of 7. The place fits just right and everyone got their own comfortable bed. Everything was perfect and value for money! Most importantly, free parking for all of us! The downside was that the master bedroom shower drain hole clogs, so when we shower, the water accumulated without going down to the drain hole quick. The shower room and master bedroom has high humidity smell despite being in the cold weather. So maybe having charcoal or air refresher as a standby would be great. I sprayed my perfume so it covered well. Nevertheless, everyone enjoyed the stay! Thanks!
Well, it was the school holidays and no Malaysian's child childhood is complete without visiting Genting Highlands. I would say Quice Home is not bad but not for the the price they are charging. They will add on additional RM100 for cleaning services, which I am fine by the way. Only to realize the state of the place that I had rented. There was a smell in the whole apartment. Hair follicles in the bathroom sink. Stains on the bathroom walls. The pillowcase has ?fungal/ mold like stains. The towels are not white but in the fifty-shades of yellow. Again, I have stayed in worst places but the accompanying price was reciprocal. This place is a cut-throat because of the so-called cleaning fee which means nothing. I have included pictures for proof. Conclusion, without the cleaning fee, I would definitely recommend to others. With the cleaning fee but the room being in that state I had visited them- I would not recommend (RM100 is 33% of the total room price and for what when the room is nothing near clean). They did provide a dead perfume scent to make things right.
We were initially attracted to this property due to its competitive pricing and generally positive ratings. However, after reading more reviews, it became clear that guest experiences were quite mixed, likely depending on timing, luck, and whether it was during peak season. Unfortunately, our stay began on a disappointing note. The parking area and lift were noticeably dated, and when we arrived at Level 31 of Tower 7, the corridor had a strong sewage or urine odor, which was immediately off-putting. While the room seemed fine at first glance, a closer look revealed several cleanliness issues. We found a hair on the bedsheet, and both the towels and sheets had visible stains. After moving the bedside table to join the two beds, we discovered a thick layer of dust underneath and some tissue bits left near the trash bin. The bathroom was another downside. A persistent sewage smell lingered throughout our stay, and the sink drained very slowly due to a blockage. There was also water leaking from the bottom of the basin, which contributed to an overall sense of poor maintenance and hygiene. In the end, while the price and initial ratings seemed promising, our experience was a reminder that appealing deals can sometimes come with trade offs. We’d recommend managing expectations or considering other options if cleanliness and comfort are a priority.
The property offers stunning views and a comfortable sleep environment. The bathroom could use some update. Shower with cold water . Breakfast options were also lacking.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. Our room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered stunning views. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
