A personal vehicle is advisable due to the challenging road conditions, which include narrow, uneven pathways and some potholes. The welcoming staff provides exceptional service. Our room, overlooking a charming fish pond (with complimentary fish food), offered a delightful view; however, a minor ant issue in the bathroom, which was resolved after notifying housekeeping, requires attention. Another issue is the absence of an in-room refrigerator presents a significant challenge for the proper storage of perishable goods, including the strawberries and chocolate bought from the Cameron Highlands and the vinegar from the Gaharu Tea Valleys, all of which require refrigeration. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and plentiful. While the two resident dogs added a playful element, occasionally approaching guests during meals and even accompanying them to their rooms, maintaining cleanliness suggests keeping the cafe doors closed to minimize fly and dog interruptions during dining.
