“An Exceptional Stay in the Heart of Shinjuku”

Shinjuku Prince Hotel delivers an outstanding balance of comfort, convenience, and understated elegance, making it an excellent choice for both first-time visitors and seasoned travelers to Tokyo. Its prime location—directly adjacent to Seibu-Shinjuku Station and within walking distance of JR Shinjuku Station—places guests at the center of Tokyo’s transport network, shopping districts, and vibrant nightlife, while still offering a calm retreat from the city’s intensity. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, impeccably clean, and efficiently laid out, with comfortable beds and well-considered amenities that support both rest and productivity after long days of exploration. Service throughout the hotel is consistently professional, warm, and attentive, reflecting Japan’s hallmark hospitality without feeling intrusive. From smooth check-in procedures to helpful concierge support, the staff demonstrate genuine care for guests’ experiences. Overall, Shinjuku Prince Hotel stands out not through excess, but through reliability, location, and refined service—an excellent base from which to experience Tokyo at its best.

“Enjoyed our time at Prince Hotel Shinjuku”

Our check-in process was very easy and quick. Our driver dropped us off and immediately there was staff who assisted us with our luggages. He called someone who helped collect our luggages who took care of our thing while we check-in. Kim from check-in counter ensured our check-in process is quick and easy. After we got our key cards, sure enough our luggages are very well secured and the lady staff (I wish I got her name) assisted us to our room. We had 4 huge check-in luggage and more totes which she handled really well. Customer service was just excellent! Our room, just like most in Japan was just right size. Bathroom is small but again, this is as expected. Unfortunately, we noticed our bathroom is not clean. We didn't call anyone to clean because it was late and we really wanted to just settle down, so we wiped down the surfaces ourselves with our disinfectant wipes. Depending on your preference, this hotel is in the heart of all the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku. We got the view of Godzilla, across are bars, McDonalds, below are more shops and restaurants and train station, stores, a few steps from Donki. This location is where everything is happening! Naturally, it is really busy! This didn't bother us, because we do so much walking and navigating so we appreciate everything is nearby. Our check-out was also a breeze! Once again excellent service when we called for assistance with our luggages. Bell Nakamura stayed with us from collecting our luggages in our room until loading them in our uber van!

    “My Home in Tokyo”

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If there’s one place in Tokyo that truly feels like a second home, it’s Shinjuku Prince Hotel. Nestled in the heart of Shinjuku, this hotel offers the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and class – and that’s why it’s my absolute favorite. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warm hospitality and sleek, modern interiors. The rooms are thoughtfully designed – compact, yes, but exceptionally clean, cozy, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Some even offer stunning city views that make Tokyo’s skyline feel like your own personal postcard. Location-wise, it doesn't get better than this. The hotel is directly connected to Seibu-Shinjuku Station and just a short walk from JR Shinjuku Station, making it a breeze to explore Tokyo. You’re surrounded by shopping centers, restaurants, and nightlife – yet once you’re inside the hotel, it’s quiet and peaceful. What I love most is the consistent quality of service. Whether it’s your first stay or your tenth, the staff always go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. They’re helpful, professional, and multilingual – which is a huge plus for international travelers. If you’re visiting Tokyo and want a stress-free, stylish, and superbly located stay, Shinjuku Prince Hotel is the one. I can’t wait to go back again – it’s always the highlight of my Japan trips.

    “The best location!”

Our stay at Shinjuku Prince Hotel was truly memorable. From the moment we checked in, the hospitality and attention to detail made our experience special. We’d like to especially commend Rena-san from the reception for her warm assistance—she ensured we got a high-floor room with a great city view, and even surprised us with a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine to celebrate our first trip to Japan and a special occasion with my loved one. The hotel’s daily room cleaning service kept everything spotless and comfortable throughout our stay. Its central location in Shinjuku was also perfect—convenient, vibrant, and close to everything. Overall, it was an excellent stay that made our Tokyo visit even more unforgettable. Highly recommended!

“The location of the hotel is good, and the service is nice.”

It was a hotel I stayed at every time I went to Tokyo, and indeed the location and the staff's friendliness are great. However, I made my first payment through Agoda and was worried because there were too many issues. As soon as we arrived, we were given a different room instead of the one we had chosen and paid for. They said it was confirmed through another site, not Agoda, which was frustrating. The staff said they would change it for free, but surprisingly, we asked for the original room we had paid for, yet they had set us up in a completely different room through their site, and they said we would need to pay more. Since communication was difficult, the hotel just went along with it. We were going to the room we originally selected, but I felt a bit strange, feeling both sorry and thankful to the staff. Still, I was very grateful for the hotel's quick response. The hotel was not at fault... I plan to use a different site next time... But the hotel itself was really, really nice^^
