“Accommodations suitable for enjoying the Sinulu Festival”
The Sinullu Festival is about a 5 to 7-minute walk from the main road. So it's fine. It is slightly away from the main area, so it’s not noisy at night. There are convenience stores, restaurants, and laundries nearby. Perhaps because it was festival season, there were some events during breakfast hours. I enjoyed it a lot. The staff was also friendly. However, there was some noise due to air conditioning installation and maintenance during my stay. Aside from that, I think it’s an affordable accommodation.

I only paid Php 1,750 per night for 4 nights. That includes breakfast for 2. The room was very clean, bed was comfy. TV had a smartbox. Hot shower was working. We had issues with AC noise in the 1st night, but it was fixed right away. A really nice hotel for those on a budget. You wouldn’t regret it.

We had a wonderful stay at St. Mark Hotel. The location is excellent, with Ayala Mall nearby and affordable transportation to SM Seaside and the city center. Our room was clean, though the air conditioner was a bit noisy. The staff were warm and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile, and the breakfast was good.
