Guests loved the amazing river views and location of the hotel, making it an ideal destination for travelers who want to explore the city's best spots. 1- the manager Melon and the staff Mint were extremely helpful. Melon went out of her way to fix a booking mistake that I had made when she didn’t have to fix it-I’m extremely grateful for her kindness! She then arranged a quick lift to the train station-I had foolishly thought it was only 5km away, when it was in fact 25km away! She got me there on time and charged me 16 baht less than when Grab quoted! If she hadn’t of taken us, we would have missed the train and then our flight! So thank you Melon 🍉 ❤️ The hotel itself is quiet (except for the dogs-read below) which is nice. But the whole resort is tired, run down and a little dirty. The pool is dirty, and has too much chlorine. There was dog poo right in front of it on the fake grass first thing in the morning then it was still sitting there that night 🤢 nobody had even cleaned it up. 😖 🐕 We were woken both nights in a row from all the dogs roaming the resort!! Every morning about 2am they would fight and howl-it was exhausting. I would go out and tell them to stop-it shouldn’t be up to me and shouldn’t happen in the first place. It’s quite far from the town itself-a good couple of kms-a bit far too walk in the heat-but lots of grab bikes available if you need for only 20baht. Breakfast was okay-toast/jam and the usual Thai porridge/ fruits/salads etc. about 190baht..the brekkie staff were extremely lovely also! 7-11 is about 1km away, as is a laundromat (2km away- Sa-Peedy Laundromat-it’s extremely clean and cheap place run by a wonderful and kind old lady!🙏) the hotel charge X amount for each item of clothes eg 20 baht for a Tshirt, 30 baht a pair of trousers etc. ❤️also-the restaurant was shut when I was there but I went directly across the road and ate the best fried chicken wings and rice (with a bottle of coke) for only 60baht! Yes the place looks slightly dodgy lol, no it’s not. It was great food and I recommend trying it. ‼️ 🛌 also-THE BEDS ARE GREAT!!! They were soft and so were the pillows!! Not the usual rock hard Thai bed lol!!!‼️ So all in all-not a bad place and I would stay again. Esp because we only paid the sale price-760 baht or something instead of 2190 baht.
