"This is a trap! We booked last week on this hotel few hours before we arrive in cebu. When we got there around 10pm the employee at the lobby told us that they will transfer us to their other branch since there's no more room available at Transit point. By the way we are 13 all in all including 8 children. They booked a grab & transfer us to Stop Over Apartel, much to our dissmay the room doesn't look like what we booked not even close! The rooms are so disgusting and it smells cockroach all over the place. We booked 2 family rooms for 12 pax, we keep on complaining to the lady at the lobby because the rooms they gave us are not the one we payed for. Her reason was that one of the employee uploaded the wrong photo. We inisist for a refund, then thats the time they transfer us at Connecting Flight Hotel and there we found out that the rooms we booked are located there. They confuse the travelers, plus the hassle and the time wasted transfering from one hotel to another."
